Merseyside Police are conducting enquiries following the report of an incident. We are appealing for any CCTV/ Ring Doorbell Footage or if you have witnessed the incident. We are interested in black

vehicle seen in the area around this time.  31/01/2025 between 18:00hrs and 18:20hrs
