CCTV appeal - serious assault in Gaskell Park on 2nd September 2024

We are continuing to appeal for information following a stabbing in Liverpool

city centre. Officers were contacted at

8.55pm on Thursday 22 August following reports a 21-year-old man had been found

on Church Street with injuries to his body consistent with a bladed weapon

being used. It’s believed that the victim

was involved in an altercation with around seven young males before the

incident occurred.

Merseyside Police are investigating a serious incident that occurred on The Strand / City Centre and require any CCTV footage that you may have covering the times between 1400hrs Saturday 3rd August 24 and 2200hrs Saturday 3rd August 24. 

Please provide any CCTV you may have for County Road disorder. Particularly the following dates and times.
